What is Fitpass?
Fitpass is like a GA travelcard - simply for fitness, sport and wellness. Unlimited entries throughout German-speaking Switzerland with just one pass. Every day. As often as you like. Download the free Fitpass app on your smartphone and the door to all sports partners in the Fitpass community opens. Stay flexible. The monthly subscription can be cancelled every month. The six-month or annual subscription can be interrupted if you are unable to train in the meantime due to a stay abroad or illness.
How do the admissions work if you have purchased the Fitpass?
With the Fitpass app and the purchased pass (QR code) you get access to all sports partners in our network. There are various ways to check in with one of them. Scanning a sports partner QR code (self check-in) or the sports partner scans your QR code generated in the app.
Can I cancel the subscription today and start later?
When purchasing a subscription, it is usually possible to set a start date. Certain actions do not allow this feature.
I have purchased a subscription, but my QR is not displayed?
Possible causes:
The upload of your profile picture (with a recognisable face) is incorrect.
The online payment was not successful.
How many check-ins can I do per day / per month?
As a rule, you can visit each sports partner once a day.
You can also do yoga in the morning, go to the gym at lunchtime and book a massage in the evening.
This means you can make as many check-ins per day/per month as you like.
You will find any restrictions (e.g. 1 ascent per day, one consultation per week, etc.) under 'INFO' for the respective sports partner.
How long is my subscription valid if I don't stop or interrupt it?
There are monthly, half-yearly and annual subscriptions.
These are valid for 30 days, 6 months and 12 months respectively.
Subscriptions continue to run automatically if the automatic renewal is not deactivated (see 'How can I pause or stop my subscription?').
Exceptions: purchased vouchers - these have a predefined term and then end.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions generally have a term (month, half-year, year) and are automatically renewed. You can change this at any time.

Annual subscriptions, which are paid in monthly instalments, can be stopped after 11 months at the earliest.
How can I pause or stop/cancel my subscription?
In principle, your subscription will continue to run automatically until you pause or stop/cancel.
Do you want to pause?
Only possible for six-month and annual subscriptions.
Go to your profile picture in the app.
Click on «SUBSCRIPTION»
Click on «Timestopp»
Select the start and end date of your break (maximum 4 months; maximum 1x per term)
Pay the fee
Your subscription is paused

Do you want to cancel (stop your subscription)?
You can decide until the last day of the subscription period.
Go to your profile picture in the app.
Click on «SUBSCRIPTION»
Deactivate the «auto renew» with the slider
Your subscription expires at the end of the term
Can I pause my Fitpass - time stop?
Members of an annual or half-year membership have the option of interrupting the subscription (the start date is decisive) for a fee without giving a reason.
You can determine and set the time stop yourself in the Fitpass app.
You can find the function in your profile, under Subscription, under the Pause subscription button.
Minimum duration of the interruption: 4 weeks
Maximum interruption: 4 months (total per year)
A fee of CHF 35 will be charged.
I have a discount code / promotional code. How do I redeem it?
You can redeem your discount code in the app.
Go to:
Buy subscription
Select Yes for «Do you have a discount code»
Enter the discount code.
Select your duration.
Go through the payment process.
Your discount code has been redeemed and your subscription activated.
I have a Fitpass monthly pass/gift card. How do I redeem it?
You can activate your monthly pass or gift card in the app.
Go to:
Buy subscription
Select Yes for «Do you have a discount code»
Enter the discount code.
Select your duration.
Complete a payment run with 0.-
Your voucher has been redeemed and your subscription activated.
Is the Fitpass recognised by health insurance companies?
Fitpass itself is not a certified sports centre. We are an association of over 400 sports centres with a large number of health insurance-recognised studios.
Most health insurance companies pay a share of the Pass via supplementary insurance.

How do I get a health insurance confirmation?
You can download your health insurance confirmation in the Fitpass Member app.
To do this, click on your profile picture and go to the subscription settings.
You will then see the Download receipts button at the bottom
The confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Is my employer a Fitpass partner?
DWe can find this out by giving us the name of your employer or by asking the HR department yourself.

Which is the right app? There are several in the App Store.
Fitpass 2.0
This blue one is the right app for members. The red app is for our sports partners. And then there are also the Fitpass apps from Serbia, India and Mexico... but they have nothing to do with us and Fitpass Switzerland.
Is it possible that my main sports partner will no longer be able to use the Fitpass at some point?
In principle, it is always possible that a sports partner wishes to cancel the partner contract. These have a cancellation period of 3 months, which we try to communicate as early as possible in the Sportfinder.
How long do the providers (sports partners) sign a contract with Fitpass?
Our partner contracts run indefinitely - most have a flexible cancellation period of 3-6 months. We cannot guarantee that a studio will stay with us forever.
We endeavour to find new partners and thus constantly expand the network. So there are always alternatives - that's the Fitpass idea.
I have a gym nearby which I would like to visit with the Fitpass. What can I do?
